1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wajeeh platform — wajeeh.app, the Wajeeh apps, and Wajeeh TMS — operated by Wajeeh, a division of Aber Al Jazeera, Saudi Arabia ("Wajeeh"). By creating an account or booking a shipment you agree to these terms.
2. The platform
Wajeeh is a digital freight marketplace and fleet-management system connecting businesses that ship goods ("Shippers") with licensed transport companies ("Carriers"). Wajeeh facilitates matching, pricing, tracking, documentation, and payment; carriage itself is performed by the Carrier.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- Accounts must be registered by authorized representatives of a legally established business.
- Carriers must hold valid commercial registration, transport licensing, vehicle registration, and insurance, and keep these documents current on the Platform.
- You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
4. Bookings, pricing & payment
- Rates shown are real-time market prices; a locked rate is binding for the shown validity window.
- The amount displayed to a Carrier for a load is the Carrier's payout.
- Shipper invoices are issued per booking or on agreed credit terms (Wajeeh Credit, where approved). Late payments may bear charges permitted by law.
- Cancellation windows and fees are shown at booking time.
5. Carrier obligations
- Operate safely and lawfully, with qualified drivers and roadworthy vehicles.
- Keep GPS/location services active on assigned trips and complete proof of delivery (OTP or photo) at handover.
- Handle cargo with reasonable care and report incidents without delay.
6. Shipper obligations
- Provide accurate cargo details (weight, type, handling, and any hazardous classification) and lawful goods only.
- Ensure loading sites are safe and accessible within the agreed windows.
- Provide customs documents for cross-border shipments when requested.
7. Liability
Carriage is subject to the Carrier's legal liability under applicable transport law. Wajeeh provides the Platform "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Cargo insurance products are not yet offered by Wajeeh; where insurance is required, parties should arrange appropriate cover.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, provide false documents, or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time; obligations from completed or in-progress shipments survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions? [email protected].
